For Activating License:
	• Please surrender your existing license.     • Activate Tally.ERP 9 Series A Release 3.3.     • After activating Tally.ERP 9, you can activate the Tally 9 for co-existence (valid for 45 days).
	Data Migration:
	• Install Tally.ERP 9 Series A Release 3.3.     • When you access the data of Tally 9 in the Tally.ERP 9, Tally.ERP 9 will prompt for rewriting the data.       (It will also prompt for a Data backup. It is recommended that you backup your existing data).     • Now, you are ready to enjoy the Tally.ERP 9 features on your data.
	Please check the Download Centre regularly for the latest statutory files:
	• Stat.900 Version 159 is the minimum Stat version required for Tally.ERP 9 Series A Release 3.3.
